It is possible that the Eolys Injection ECU will need to be reset, but as far as I can determine from all the related Citroen docs I have, it will / should not give you an ESP/ASR Pollution Fault and certainly will not give you LIMP mode, though 4000 rpm sounds a little high for Limp Mode, which is normally limited to 2200 rpm, unless of course

Jako závadu to napsalo ztráta tlaku paliva, postup je nejdříve zkontrolovat hadice atd, potom něco na palivovém čerpadle a jako poslední možnost vyměnit

You should reset (or get someone to reset) the ECU so it "knows" how much fluid is present. If the level was showing as zero before you filled it up then it will still behave as though the fluid needs filling up. Once that is done then see how it behaves.
Citroen C3 1.4i Petrol, help Anti Pollution Fault. Serviced car today including new filters and plugs and oil, took it for a 2mile run somewhere no problems and then on way back came up with this fault and will now not go away has anyone heard of it, will try read codes tomorrow.

In the 207 (and the 207cc) this fault is often caused by the ECU or the head gasket. The fault that will appear in the 1.4 or 1.6 VTI models without a turbo in the Peugeot 207, is caused by an incorrect fuel/air ratio. This can cause the engine to misfire, that leads to the anti pollution fault.
