A lot of the reviews are duplicates, often using the exact same review but with different customer names, which is leading me to think that this is some sort of fake site. Please read my comments in the Review section (not Q&A) from Oz Surfer Girl in Sydney. All the 5 star reviews say: “Author stated being incentivised for this review” or “Collected in partnership with LightInTheBox”. Yet all the Q&A’s to the store sound disappointing & frustrating. No clear return or refund policy.
In regards to pricing, if you thought LightInTheBox was cheap, you will be even more surprised to find MIC is even cheaper! For instance, one supplier sells their mermaid wedding dresses at the following prices: 1-9 units: $166 per piece. 10-29 units: $133 per piece. 30+ units: $79 per piece. Hi There , Hi There , I have placed an order 2002221535972274 and i cancelled it after a day as it was arriving very late for my daughters first birthday. But i got a reply from light in the box and they are saying me that they can only refund 25 percent of the full amount which is ridiculous .I have always trusted this website and hence ordered this time again.
