30 laurels for amulets, 35 for rings, and 40 (+50 ecto) for accessories. Since you cannot get amulets any other way, they should probably be your first priority. You can get rings as a random daily bonus at Fractals 10 and above, and ascended accessories can be bought with guild commendations; if you're doing those it's much less time consuming

At bosses that reveal, it's just auto-attacking from behind and maybe evading around. On (at least) wing 1/2 bosses, you'll be spamming dagger 5-dagger 1 and auto-attacking for good dps. And dagger 2 on all bosses (except ranged Deimos) after 25% left. By the way, getting also pistols for 2nd set is a good idea if you need to range for a moment
Yes but it's way easier to get ascended gear through crafting and achivements and fractals and such. iBS is only good for a few cheap ascended options. Icebrood Saga will bring you cheap Ascended accessories and amulet from Bjora marches, and a couple others like the achievements from the treasure Hunt in Drizzlewood coast and the free ascended
Salvaging high level exotic gear yields between 0 and 3 Globs of Dark Matter. Using a Master's Salvage Kit, the estimated average is ~0.5 globs per exotic for exotic gear level 68 or better. [1] Using a Black Lion Salvage Kit, the estimated average is ~1 glob per exotic for exotic gear level 68 or higher. [2]
Get exotic gear off the TP. For everything except fractals it is all you need, and if you play the build a lot, you can get towards ascended gear for it. It is really only slightly weaker, and it will almost never be the difference maker. Honestly you only NEED ascended gear for fractals for the agony resist.
Gear. While much of the community has ascended or even legendary items, this absolutely is not a requirement to get started – in fact, Raids and Strikes are a really great way to get this end-game gear. Unlike how Fractals require ascended armor with Agony Infusions, 10-player content is not gated behind any special gear.
Wvw is a completely different story, at the moment as a warrior your responsibility will be as a Spellbreaker bubble slave. Using your elite skill in opportune moments to aid blob vs blob fights, strip boons and stick on the front line. Soldiers stat will do you well on WvW as spellbreaker. But do not craft the ascended soldiers gear
Ascended gear farming. Hi everyone! Kinda new to the game (have done some fractals, strikes and meta events, but nothing wild). As the title suggests, I’m looking for efficient ways to farm ascended gear. So far, I’ve got the armor pieces and weapon from the astral rewards and I also got two rings from the fractals vendor.
Make sure to get trinkets first since they are easy to get and have the highest stat impact beside weapons. Also some stats (Core Tyria/Vanilla) are easier to obtain (e.g. beserker stats) since you can get the trinkets with guild currency from the missions or laurels.
